Recommended Posts

The Arbeitsgemeinschaft für mitteldeutsche Familienforschung eV (AMF) was founded in Wetzlar in 1962 with the aim of "genealogical research on families and sexes originating in Central Germany".

The AMF currently has about 800 members whose research interests lie in the historically-viewed central German states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.

The AMF supports its members in a variety of ways in the research of their ancestors
